If I have a Lighting & Appliance Panel say, 225A, 208/120V,3-Ph, 4W, that feeds a 100A Sub-Panel, 208/120V, 3-Ph, 4W with 100A-rated conductors, -are the 100A conductors a Feeder or a Branch Ckt?

Sounds like a feeder to me. Not to be confused with a service. Look in definitions
