I am currently working on designing the electrical system layout for this church we are about to be doing soon. There are no electrcial drawings, just Architectural. The only known is that we will have a 800Amp 480V service. Just some basics questions to make sure I'm on track here.

Question #1.
I'm in the process of figuring what I need for panels and what all my loads will be. Now the 1st floor is 22,140 SQ. FT. so I did this. 22,140 X 1 VA= 22,140/360 (208x1.73) = 61.5A for the lighting load, Correct?? Then we know we will have 120 receps on the 1st Floor so 120 X 180 VA = 21,600 VA /360= 60A. Correct?? So 61.5A + 60A= 121.5A (just for lights and receps) then I will figure in other loads like water heaters and so forth. Just want to see if I'm track so far.

Question #2.
We will have 13 rooftop units three stories up. So we want to run a feeder up to the roof and set a panelboard outside to feed them. All rooftops will be 3P 480V. Now I have cut sheets on the units and I used the bigger of the two loads (heating/cooling) plus the blower motors and came up with a total of 467.29KW for all the units. There was no power factor in any of the data so I did this 467,290W/830(480x1.73)= 563A. I'm not sure if I did that right and I know there will be a power factor but don't know what it is. So should I assume that 563A will be the total connected load?
