If any panelboard has sevral motor loads, continous loads such as lighting loads, and non-continous loads such as receptacles, how should I calculate size of feeder conductor and feeder OCPD size?
Should I apply NEC 215.2 and 215.3 or NEC 430.24 and 430.62? Which article is right?
Should I apply all of above articles?
Anyone can show me the example of calculation?
For example at 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 208Y/120Vac
Type of overcurrent protective devices of all branch circuits and feeder is inverse time breaker and type of 3 hp motor is AC polyphase motors other than wound-rotor.
1. 3 Phase, 208Vac, 3 hp motor (FLA 10.6A) ? 2 ea
2. 1 Phase, 120Vac, 1/3 hp motor (FLA 7.2A) ? 1 ea
3. Continuos loads ? 500VA
4. Non continous loads ? 3000VA
