Thanks to those of you who responded to my post. I found my mistake. Basically I was using the standard VD formula in the code and the end number for the 250 MCM AL that I had originally planned to use was coming up over 10! I thought wow I need to be down to 3 to 5! Duh...... It's "PERCENT" bone head! 10 "VOLTS" is right in the strike zone at about 4% of 240 Volts.
