Feeder tap on parallel conductors

Or do I have to tap on to each parallel phase conductor?

Each conductor must be connected to the same way to maintain equal current sharing.

Yes. Change the two port Polaris blocks to three port blocks and run all your conductors into them.

I assume those are equipment lugs not Polaris connectors in the sketch, so I would use a three port Polaris block sized so the two can pass thru unsoliced to the equipment, then use the third port for the solar. Another option we would be to replace the equipment lugs with three port, but that might be tricky to find suitable lugs for that.
