feeder taps

i have a test question, can you tap into a 20 amp circuit? ive looked in 240.21, i might be missing something.

Nothing I'm aware of in the Code prohibits tapping a 20A feeder circuit.

Of course feeder taps are just that, 'feeder' taps, not branch circuit taps.
