If a feeder goes out to a separate structure and feeds a main lug panel that has not more than 6 breakers is that code compliant?

Did it used to be compliant and 2020 changed that?
A coworker and I were having a discussion about that today.
Thanks

Look at 225.33(A)

Thanks!
That’s what I thought but my coworker thought that rule was related to services.

In this scenario if it was a service and not a feeder each “service disconnect” needs to be in separate enclosures based on 2020 [230.71(B)]. So an install that has a main lug panel and (up to) 6 circuit breakers is no longer allowed, correct?

If this was a service …you are correct. you would not be able to use the MLO with six circuit breakers!
