Feeding a 600V primary transformer from 480V source okay?

Can I feed a 0.75kVA Square D single-phase 600V primary;120/240V secondary transformer from a 480V panel on the primary side? Is the 600V rating on the primary side the maximum voltage you can connect to, and therefore it would be okay to connect to 480V, single-phase?

A 480v to 120v xformer is a 4 to one ratio, a 600v to 120 volt is 5 to 1. so divide 480 by 5 and you would only get 96 volts out. If it has 10% taps that is still only 4.5 to 1 or 106 volts out.

Sorry won't work with out adding a buck/boost.
