So have a small stand-alone storage facility that's on slab on grade(no other floors).

It's all exposed so would need to use RGS.

Attached is only portion.
I'm thinking maybe it would make sense to feed receptacles and other wall devices/equipment via running conduit in slab or below slab on grade with PVC.
I need to double check spec and many say no PVC within the footprint of the building. Still conduit on the slab would be a lot easier of an install....I think. Yes?

Actually if walls were furred out and you could run MC would that change your though about going in the slab or underground?

PVC in the slab. Makes the most sense. Worst case RGS 90• coming out of the slab. RGS seem like overkill either way.

On plans it says storage and vehicle bays, what's the vehicle? I'm thinking it is going to kick in another code.
Out of slab is a good application but need to be rock solid stable, as well as properly located to equipment,
the slab workers don't care. If in block then you need to chase the mason and usually the blocks all come up at the same time,
one day you might need extra help on that day.
In the wall is good and looks like there is some sort of built out wall, placement to center of built out wall is ideal.
The lighting plan is not presented ? Light switch at door, exit sign, outside E-light, tie-in to existing service?
Lastly are you sure your panel sizes are correctly proportional to space allotted.? Putting it next to a wash basin - classic...
