I have two separate structures on my property, we'll call them "Barn" and "House". Both have their own Grid service. I am installing a PV system on the barn with all PV equipment located inside the barn. I will be running a line from the Barn to the House to feed a Critical Loads sub panel. The House Critical Loads sub panel will NOT be connected to the House main grid panel. My question is connecting all of this to Earth ground where needed, especially at the House. Keep in mind that NONE of this is Grid tied at either structure. Does the House need a separate Earth Ground rod for the sub panel, or can I tap the sub panel into the existing Earth Ground rod that is used for the main Grid panel? See attached diagram.
