FEMA - 249th USACE - Emergency Generator Installations

I am working with FEMA & the United States Army Corps of Engineers on generator installation procedures. I have found that they use at least a couple formulas to size generators to motor loads. I would like to suggest just using one formula for our MQ Generators. Would someone with this experience give us a few tips? Thank You
 
i admire your optimism

based on experience with the Corps, they are only interested in how they do things and not how anyone else does.
 
I'm impressed you have MQ generators....I tried to order one a few weeks ago and they were quoting Q2 2024 delivery.
