I have a fiber line that needs to be ran and the only open conduit has 480 power ran through it is it ok to run the fiber in with it

As long as the fiber cable 100% non-metallic it is permitted. See 770.133(A).
You do have to look at the conduit fill and the bending radius at any conduit bodies.

I can't think of any technical reason not to. But it appears to be sometimes prohibited and sometimes allowed by 770.133. Read it carefully.
