We have a situation where originally we had 2 conduits run to a pole for a camera installation; (1) for fiber, (1) for 110VAC. The Fiber Conduit has bee damaged and the EC on the job instructed us to run the fiber in the same conduit as the 110 circuit. I thought I remembered seeing that this was improper, even though the fiber is not a conductor. Is there a specific section of the code that addresses this.

I am not aware of any code that addresses this. It is my understanding that fiber-optics are immune to electrical interference and so it shouldn't be an issue. Perhaps there are others out there with more credible information.
