Fiber & power same raceway???

I have a situation in that I have a previously installed hand-hole with fiber only. The client wants to install equipment that needs 120v power as well as fiber. Since fiber is technically glass can I pull in power in the same raceway?

Art. 770 and you need to know whether it's non-conductive fiber optic.

I run fiber and power in the same ww all the time, its one of the advantages of fiber. We have one run of armored fiber, which has a metal jacket, so with that it has to be separate.
