Fiberglass cutting and grinding and sanding

Does anyone have any experience with a fiberglass operation. According to the table in the NEC, "Styrene modified polyester glass fiber" is in NEC group "G". But I'm not sure if that's just the raw fibers with the resin, of if that also applies to cured fiberglass.

I'm assuming an area where sanding and cutting produces fiberglass dust would be class II location, with Division 1 in the cutting area, and division 2 around the entrance to the area.

Any help would be appreciated.

The resin, cured or otherwise, is combustible.
