figuring wire length

when running a service in a building in conduit.when getting wire length from disconnect to panel how much extra do you add for 90's and lb's?i know it depends on wire size ,but is there a way you guys figure it? thanks

If its a long raceway then I will pull a wire measuring tape first, they tell you how much to add for 90's and such... Greenlee makes these types of tapes...

I just pull in a fiberglass measuring tape from connection point to connection point and add about 5'.

Pull a polly line through - add a few feet more on each end just because.... cut the line, and use it to pull in a new one, rolling the first onto a peice of scrap EMT or a stick. Once you have the new in, and the old out - take the stick with the line on it to the supply house, and say - I want it that long..... :grin: I do this a lot.....
