I have a light fixture with 36 low wattage 120 VAC lights. the central pipe is a 1 1/2" schd 40 aluminum pipe that is 11' long without bends. I have no opportunity to collect the circuits along the tiers so i have 72 18 AWG conductors total. I intend to use some type of zip cord to keep my pairs together as there will be 3 lighting zones scattered throughout the fixture. Do i need to be concerned about fill % as every run is straight with a 90 degree turn for the exit hole at 4 points around each tier. It seems that ch9 table1 note b applies.
