I went to a guy in Camden County College in 2004. He was a former contractor turned inspector and did this on the side. Check their website for availability.

I am an instructor at Delaware Technical & Community College, and I teach Exam Preparation for taking the Masters License. When you say South Jersey, it all depends upon your location. I live in Pennsville, N.J., and it only takes me about 20 minutes to get to Del. Tech.
