Unless you are a member of the NFPA, then you will not find a copy online to view. You should be able to see it at your local library. What specifically are you looking for?

Go to the city and ask the city recorder to present you the city copy of the NEC. If your city has adopted the NEC and is enforcing it as law, it must be a public record. Hope this helps.
