Fine Stranded Conductors in the 2011 NEC

It seems like very few manufacturers have had their terminals and connectors evaluated for conductors more finley stranded than Class B and C, even though the 2011 NEC explicitly requires to be identified for their use. Wire nuts have been used on millions of fixtures and luminaires with fine stranded conductors, but I haven't been able to find a single one that is identified for this type of use. Does anybody have recommendations or best practices for dealing with fine stranded conductors?

Interesting observation. I sort of thought that this was geared toward situations like type W fine stranded cable in standard lugs. It never occured to me to consider wire nuts as you mentioned.
