Can you guys tell me if I need to add my two parallel line's amp feeding my 480 volt three phase 42 circuit panel to get the correct amp load on each phase? or can I get the correct load reading if I put my amp meter on just one of the incoming feeder lines.

If you are asking that question, you are likely not qualified to be putting amp meters on 480V live lines.

I am qualified. I am a licensed master electrician and have my electrical contractor license too. Can you answer my question of taking the amp load from both lines.

ok I talked to my engineering department and they said to multiply the reading of amps from one conductor by all conductors feeding that phase.

How accurate do you need to be? If you have parallel conductors feeding one phase, and you want to read the current on that phase, you should get a clamp that goes around all of the conductors. If you read one conductor, there will be differences in resistance of the conductors and therefore slightly different amounts of current. But if +-2% is OK, then yes, you can read one and multiply.
