In a large conference room with emergency lighting programmed to by pass dimmer control in the event of a power outage, does one also have a fire alarm interphase with the lighting control system such that all the lights in that room go to full brightness in the event of a fire alarm. If so, where is this defined? Is it a function of the number of people the room is designed for?

It would probably be the AHJ's call as to whether a "large conference room" meets the (unspecified) requirements for "similar assembly occupancy". They should put a number on the room occupancy. If you can't measure it, you can't control it.
