I am not sure this is the correct place to post this question...Anyway, I will give it a try. Does anyone know which code requires fire alarm manual pull to be installed at each nurse station in a hospital? I think I ran across this rule before but could not remember where it is... Thnanks!

This is usually a State Building Code Issue, pertaining to the spec's of this type of construction. Here in North Carolina its called the Blue Book, State Dept of Hospital(forget exact title), and Listed under our State's General Status.

Check NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code.

My recollection is not that it's required, but its is a permissible alternative to having a pull within 5' of every exit door and max travel of 200'. This is because nurses' stations are attended 24/7. There is also relaxed requirements for notification, since depending on the facility and patients they may be considered non-evacuable. As previously noted, your state/local code/AHJ's may have additional requirements.

I found it, it listed under NFPA-101 chapter 18, but we will have a choice either have FA manual pull at nurse station if comply with such and such... FA manual pull can be at exit doord as usual. I will go with 2nd option. Thanks!
