I’m pretty sure this is allowed but I haven’t yet sat and read the article on it. My guess is it’s limited based on voltage and or purpose of the conductors/cables. Yay or nay?

I'm assuming we are talking about Class 2 and Class 3 circuits. You're looking for 725.139 in the 2023 edition of NFPA 70. As long as the insulation has the same voltage rating, you're good to go.

That looks like a sleeve so you can run any cable you want through it even line voltage.

What he means is like an MC cable or a Romex. Basically a wiring method allowed in Chapter 3 of the NEC. The sleeve is really nothing but a hole in the wall.
Yes that's what I meant. No different than a NM cable and a CAT6 cable going through a bored hole in a wood stud.

For us (Briits) that would be prohibited. The fire alarm would be completely separate.

No. Derating is not required when cables pass through a hole in a stud unless it's filled with fire stop or draft stop material.
Oh yes that’s right. Which is only required where passing though fire wall? And still have conduit fill at 60% yeah?

In Europe that is not allowed. Also installations seems not too good. Segregation noise levels are MANDATORY
