I’m doing the shunt trip for the elevator which I’ll be hooking to my fire alarm relay, the problem is the main breaker is in a totally different location so when hooking to the relay if I only have the hot and neutral coming from the shunt trip breaker how would I wire that up if possible without the other hot and neutral coming from the main elevator breaker.

Run a dedicated hot and neutral from the fire alarm relay to the shunt trip coil. It doesn’t need to come from the elevator main breaker — just ensure the circuit is supervised and code-compliant.
