I need to repair some fire dampers in the ductwork of a nursing home. The dampers have fusible links to hold them open. These links are connected to a switch that will signal the fas if the link opens. They look like a small cylinder with two yellow wires. Am I allowed to replace these without a fire alarm license and where can I find these links and switches? any help or comments would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance to all
