Fire Pump Accessory Equipment

NEC 295.6 (B)(1) allows conductors supplying fire pumps to supply ?associated fire pump accessory equipment.? If the fire pump is located in a vault designated for the fire pump, can a circuit for the light and service receptacle be tapped off conductors supplying the fire pump in the vault if all other requirements for taps are met. Another words, is a light and receptacle in the fire pump vault considered associated fire pump accessory equipment?
 
2008 NEC, section 695.(B) Fire pump supply conductors on the load sie of the fi..... (sentence #2 states "They shall supply only loads that are directly associated with the fire pump system........
