Fire pump ats - conduits protection

Will all conduits in and out of fire pump ats be protected by min. 2" concrete encased as allowed by code or only the incoming conduits from utility power source to ats? Thanks!
 
When the terminations are made in your transfer equipment they have to have overcurrent protection terminating as well, after the conductors are provided with the OCPD the common methods can be used provided its not classified and ruled to a special wiring method.

I don't think so. See 695.6(B).
 
I misunderstood, I was thinking it was an allowed additional service entrance, meaning ya dont need the 2" of concrete if you provide OCP....
