Fire Pump Question

Reference the '08 NEC:
I have a fire pump on a campus facility. The fire pump controller is also a ATS.
I have service conductors to the ATS as well as circuits from an on site generator.
As I read Art 695, my generator breaker must be located in a separate enclosure from the other generator disconnecting means and the breaker must be supervised.
Am I reading correctly ?

That is the way I read it too.

and the breaker must be supervised.....

Are you thinking of applying for the job? Might be easier than the one you have now.
 
According to the United Nations Climate Change Panel that position should be opening up in about three weeks.
