1. Should the fire pump service grounding electrode conductor be sized based on the fire pump service size or the entire service size?
2. The grounding electrode conductor runs over to bond to the regular service grounding electrode?
3. Any reason not to use aluminum conductors for the fire pump service?

1) Based on the size of the service conductors serving the fire pump controller. See 250.66.
2) Yes, see 250.64(D).
3) No.

I'm assuming that the FP controller really is being supplied by service conductors per 695.4(A) and not a feeder per 695.4(B).
