Fire pump voltage difference

If the fire pump nameplate voltage is 460, however, the transformer supplying the pump voltage is 480.

The Locked Rotor Current LRC for the pump should be calculated based on the system voltage i.e. 480 V, or does the calculation of the LRC be per the motor nameplate?

Please note that the voltage at the motor terminals is 480 V.

I'd go with nameplate. You'll see that 480 drop right down if you ever lock up the rotor.
