The store that is being remodeled, is getting 2 layers of 5/8 drywall bec there is an apt above and it needs fire protection. There is one elec j box 7 inches up from their newly framed ceiling. Do they make a fire rated access panel ? Like the plastic ones we use in residential but fire rated ? Thank you
