Fire Rated cable for Protective Earth Conductor

Good Day to all, hope someone can help me,

In TNS system, for Fire Pump and Smoke Extraction Fan in Commercial / Industrial;

Does Earth conductor required to be Fire Rated Cable? (where as all Phase Conductor and Neutral Cable are Fire Rated Cable);
