It will be in the standard or code that covers the system you are asking about.Many thanks for your reply, but i did not ask for plenum, just i have HI-Fog water mist system (fire fighting system), i am asking about the required cable types must be used in that system, is it required to be fire rated or fire retardant, based on NEC
I do not think NFPA 750 has any special cabling requirements.That will not be in the NEC. It will be in the standard or code that covers the system you are asking about.
Or medical facilities.Usually special cables are needed for special loads (fire pump) or special environments (plenums)
