Fire Rated Walls

Are electrical closets, in an office building, required to be fire rated if a 600 amp or greater panel is installed? What code or guideline might I refer to in order to create an acceptable design.
 
The rating of the panel has nothing to do with it. It would be the location of the closet in the building, if for instance it is in a corridor then the closet would be rated simply because it was part of the corridor.
