Feeders to 36 units Residential. Floors 2 thru 4.

Service 1st floor. Is SER for 150 amp panels. Thru 2 hour rated fire slabs Acceptable.

I was going to use SER for thru floors. But Bring up a conduit from main service to the 4th floor and sleeve it down from 4th floor to Service.

EMT would be from 4 floor Ceiling cavity, Down thru 3 floors and Emt would terminate in it's respective meter slot. Can you run SER thru floors and this still have an acceptable 2 hour fire rating.

I would figure fire could go between stranded conductors at some point without EMT. Need 2 hour ratings. Just looking for some input.

There are UL listed firestop assemblies for SER to go through a floor-ceiling assembly. We use System No. C-AJ-3152 for concrete slabs and
F-C-3070 for wood truss assemblies.

Check your construction types on the Architectural drawings. For a lot of the mixed resi-over-retail we do, the first floor is type I or II and we have to use conduits to pass through it. But once you're into the wood construction, (type III, IV or V), you don't need to be in conduit. Depending on the construction type, your EMT going all the way up might be overkill.
