Fire Rating Medium Voltage SWGR

Does 12kV medium voltage switchgear with a drytpe 12kv:480 transformer with class 200 insulation require a fire rated room. The only thing in the NEC I can find is 450.21(b) ex 2.

I am missing something?

Not going to be in NEC, you will need to check building code.

My guess 2hr will be needed.
