No EMT neither THHN is a building material recorded in ASTM-119 so no fire rating could be indicate.
However if THHN cable-as per UL Standard 83-was tested as per UL 1581 "Vertical-Tray Flame test" [or per IEEE 383] then a fire rating of 20 min. could be accepted. EMT if was tested according to UL-94 and passed 5VA flame resistance 1 min. it could be rated.
