fire riser and electrical panel share same room?

Can electrical panels and main service panel be installed in the same room with fire riser? (this is commercial office building)

Fire codes don't care either. Again, as long as clearances are maintained. My favorite buildings were the ones with electrical rooms stacked in the same location on each floor. Second favorite were telephone closets similarly sited. Least favorite were IT closets; the IT weenies would go ape-s**t when you asked for access to the closet.
