Fire wall (penetration)

My panels sit on the fire wall, the panels are in the warehouse part of the building. The fire wall separates office space from that ware house. My question is should I combine as many pipes as I can to keep the amount of holes I cut in the fire wall, does anyone have any pointers, they are pretty strict on the penetrations, what I usually do is go a quarter of an inch bigger than my pipe, and isn't it code to have at least 5/8 of an inch between each raceway.

Make as many holes as you need. Make them as big as you need. The requirement is that you seal up the holes when you are done. Fireblock foam or caulk works good for small gaps, mineral wool can be stuffed in larger holes and covered with fireblock paste. If you have a really big hole you can cover it with fire rated drywall.

Not quite, each manufacturer has their own UL tested assemblies and they are available from the manufacturer or the UL Orange books. These assemblies are listed for each UL wall, floor, ceiling, partition, or barrier type. Knowledgeable Inspectors (AHCA for example) will want this information and will invasively look at some of the penetrations for compliance.

High voltage on the left and low voltage on the right. In the office which is behind the service, there going with all led fixtures, in a few offices and in the lobby, these lights get very expensive. I inherited this job because the electrician quit ,so I stepped up, started going through the office space and realized there is a lot of things that were left out, I started to research these different types of lights and realized that most of the decorative lights are only rated for up to 240 volts, originally they were going to run on 277 volts, which thats what the engineer put on the print ,so?. I am 38 years old this is my first job I have taking responsibility for, so I appreciate it guys really, I've been thorough on assessing the problems, I just have one issue, I need about three more guys which would make 8 total. I want to be right on the money with this job, this is a game changer, it will help my children, because after I handle this job, me and the owner need to have a talk. I was giving this job two weeks ago, I have been with the company 5 weeks now, going into the 6 week. I have been in the trade for 20 years, during those 20 years I have not wanted the responsibility of running my own jobs I have made a few mistakes in life and have in the past few years got my life together and have a really concentrated on electrical work I went to school through the union and which I did not complete I made 4 years . I am more than capable of running jobs way larger than this one and but still I appreciate y'all's advice or any advice you can give me I want this to be right .here are 28 low voltage lights 100-240 volts. They are 320 dollars a piece, in the morning after laying the guys out, the superintendent needs me to complete this lobby where the most expensive lights will be. I have to research where and how to mount the boxes for these fixtures. Here is a few pictures, in the morning ill have some pictures of these G- type fixtures .I use the Google keep application to keep my notes, I take a lot of pictures. Is there anything you could recommend that would be better, more efficient.
