Firestopping

Per an article written by Mike in the EC&M magazine dated 12/1/2006, an unlisted innerduct must be terminated and firestopped as it enters a building per 77012 (D). I can't find that requirement anywhere in the NECs 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, or 2011.

Can anybody tell me where to find that info?

I don't think it is anywhere in the 2008, I think it was just a joke in the 2005 to see if anyone would ever check for it.
