Per an article written by Mike in the EC&M magazine dated 12/1/2006, an unlisted innerduct must be terminated and firestopped as it enters a building per 77012 (D). I can't find that requirement anywhere in the NECs 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, or 2011.

Can anybody tell me where to find that info?

It was introduced as 770.12(D) in 2005.

Wow!, Impressive !
You opened a door to a whole new world that confuses me as much as Art. 725 :D.
That said, the '08 Code does not have a 770.12(D). Know where the requirement is not stated ?

I don't think it is anywhere in the 2008, I think it was just a joke in the 2005 to see if anyone would ever check for it. ;):D
