Why do they call Fish paper, fish paper?

Fish paper is a rigid vulcanized fiber, which is A chemically pure cellulose product containing no resin or bonding agents.

It is used primarily for its excellent electrical insulating properties.

Used frequently for electrical insulation, fish paper is commonly die-cut and sheared.

Because it looks like they same stuff they wrap fish up in when you go to a fish market. I guess that's waxed butcher's paper.
