True or false:
For RGS fitting like a meyers hub or others in a CID2 location, the fitting is required to be listed, as in UL or other NRTL, but is NOT required to be listed for the location (CID2 in this case). Meaning the datasheet is not required to say anything about Class I Division 2, but just say "UL Listed".
Some sources of info:
500.8(E)(1)
501.10(A)(1)(a)
501.10(A)(2)(1)... for flex, but note the wording
501.10(B)(2)(1)... for flex, but note the wording
I want to draw a big difference between "listed" and "listed for the location", where "listed" just means a general purpose fitting that has a UL listing for example. Unsure on my correctness.
