Rule of thumb...
Fittings you pull straight through do not require access. Fittings where you had to have access to them to pull the wire (LB's, capped ells, 90 degree MC connectors, etc.) need access.

I thought 90 degree MC connectors didnt need to be accessable - but 90 degree flex connectors do need to be accessable. Since when used with flex, it is a conduit fitting, not a cable clamp.

90 degree MC connectors do not need to be accessible due to that is a manufactured cable assembly. However, FMC is a raceway and see 348.42 angled connectors must be accessible.
