Anything in particular that you are searching for?

There are no requirements specific in IBC for fixtures that I am aware of.

There a specification for lighting fixtures for ceiling grids etc CISCA. But IBC chapter 16 does not have anything specific.

The building officials in this area require lay-in fixtures to be supported from the actual structure as opposed to the 410 requirement to be fastened to the grid. In doing so, they have always stated it was a building Code requirement.
I have a area not under their jurisdiction and in discussion I was asked what Code actually required structural support.

It starts here and sends you to the ASTM standards that sends you to CISCA
