FLA/MCA and Panel Schedules

Two part question:

1. When filling out panel schedules for equipment, do you show the FLA or MCA for the phase loads?

2. I want to combine two mechanical loads. A = 175MCA and 175 MOP, B = 9.33FLA (10.5MCA) and 13.65 MOP. These #'s are from manufacturer's cuts. What would my load be (see question #1) and what would my breaker size need to be?

I know you take (1.25 * FLA largest motor) + FLA smaller motors, but how do I do that calculation if I am only given the MCA?

I'm guessing but I would take the MCA for the largest load and add the FLA of the smaller load. This will give you:

Largest load FLA * 125% plus all of the other loads at 100%.
