Are there flexible conduit options for direct burial to do DC jumpers (nec allowed)? Size of conduit 1" to 2". I am not completely sure that flexible is allowed...

Both LFMC and LFNC are permitted "For direct burial where listed and marked for the purpose." See the respective articles for restrictions on use.

Do you recommend the installation also from the pull box to the inverter (solaredge) that are close (3 feets) in ground installation. I need enter the inverter with 1" conduit and probably flexible is easy, but I never use it inside pull boxes

As long as the installation is compliant, what is there to recommend? What would you use otherwise... Rigid PVC?

LFNC is simply a PVC that is flexible, similar to the insulation of THW (or the inner insulation of THHN/THWN) only much thicker, with an integral spiraled nylon reinforcing member. It's pretty tough stuff.

How do you seal flexible the conduits outdoor (in the shadow)? With foam? I used weather heads in rigid pvc but I am not sure what I have to do in flexible pvc.
