Flexible Connections to vibrating equiment??

Where in the NEC does it specify that you have to use a flexible connection to a Transformer, or any other equipment subject to vibration for that matter??

It does not say that, you can run RMC, EMT or wire way right into a transformer.

It is a design decision. The code does not care.

I am a fan of flexible connections for lots of things just because it is easier to work on them if you have to down the road.
