flexible cord drops in factory

Individuals in our factory feel it necessary to constantly re-arrange our assembly equipment, so we use a lot of 12-3 SEOOW cord drops for our 120V power. From our source we run conduit to the general area, install 4X4 boxes with duplex recpt, and plug our drops in. Where would I find information on the code requiremnts for cord grips for such drops? I spent some time looking, but I have yet to find info. relating to my situation. Thanks for your help.
