I have an office warehouse building that we just finished. The service is 480/277 and we have a 45 KVA transformer for the office. They are experiencing some light issues when they use their printers. No breakers are tripping and we have plenty of circuits. We have double checked all the usual places you would normally find an issue and all is good. The entire office is LED lights and are on the 120V panel.
Has anyone else had these same issues?

What type of transformer is the 45kVA unit? A 3-phase 480V to 208/120V, a single phase 480 to 240/120V, or something else?

Transformer is 480/ 208Y120. The lights are on the same circuits as the plugs in each office. I will be taking some voltage readings when they use the printers to see how much they are dropping the voltage. I think we may be adding a few dedicated circuits for the printers. Hind sight being what it is, I won't ever put the lights on the same circuits as the plugs again.
